Orders are shipped on business days via specialized carriers.
Mainland Portugal: up to 2 business days
Madeira: up to 5 business days
Azores: 7 to 15 business days
Mainland Portugal: €9.50
Islands: €17.00
Orders are shipped after payment is confirmed.
You will receive an email with the tracking number.
Deliveries are made to complete and valid addresses.
If you are not home, the package can be picked up at the location specified by the carrier.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up may be reshipped upon payment of the new shipping fee.
Delivery Methods
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your order.
- Deliveries are made only to complete and valid addresses (excluding P.O. boxes).
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left instructing you to pick up your package at the post office within 3 business days.
- Return shipping costs associated with unclaimed orders or orders with incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
Reshipment of Orders
- If the order is returned for reasons beyond the control of Bigwave and the carrier, the customer may request a refund or reshipment for a fee of €9.50.
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method or as a discount coupon.
