Exchanges and Returns
At BIGWAVE, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Right of withdrawal
Under current law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, without having to provide a reason.
After placing your order, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.
Return Policy
Items must be returned:
- In perfect condition
- In its original packaging
- With all the labels
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- In the event of a return, a refund will be issued after the returned products have been inspected (within 15 business days).
- Shipping costs will be reimbursed for defective products or items exchanged due to an error on Bigwave’s part.

Refunds
Once the items have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase or, if agreed upon with the customer, via bank transfer.
Return costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, except in cases of a defect or an error on the store's part.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for a different size, style, or product, subject to stock availability.
Ineligible items
We do not accept returns of:
- Custom products
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Defective products
In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the customer is entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
