  • The products featured in the online store are subject to availability.
  • BIGWAVE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of technical errors, pricing errors, stock shortages, or other circumstances beyond its control.
  • All prices include VAT at the statutory rate of 23%.
  • BIGWAVE reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • All orders include an invoice.
  • Items are held for 24 hours; if payment is not received within this time, the order will be automatically canceled.

Payments can be made via Multibanco, MB Way, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been confirmed.

BIGWAVE is not responsible for delays caused by transportation services.

Under current law, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right to cancel the contract.

All products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable law.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper use of the products.
